Faith Foundations

Mini-Course for Children

Children are naturally curious...

They ask honest questions like:

“How do we know God is real if we can’t see Him?”
“Why does God matter?”
“How do I know what is true?”

Rather than ignoring these questions, this mini-course helps children explore them with confidence through Scripture, discovery, and simple faith practices.

Believing in the Invisible God is a short, engaging course designed for children (ages 4+) that helps them understand who God is, why faith matters, and how to recognize God’s presence in their lives, even when they cannot see Him.

Through simple lessons rooted in the Bible, children will learn that many real things in life are invisible, yet we recognize them by their effects, just like the air we breathe or the wind that moves the trees.

Most importantly, children will discover that God created them to reflect His character and light in the world.

The goal of this course is...

To help children understand that even though we cannot see God with our eyes, we can know Him through His creation, His Word, and the life of Jesus.

And most importantly…

To help children realize they were created to reflect God’s light in the world.

What Your Child Will Learn

In this course, children will learn:

• Why we can believe in a God we cannot see

• What it means to be created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26–27)

• How God breathed life into humanity (Genesis 2:7)

• Why Jesus shows us what God is like

• How to recognize truth when doubts or emotions arise

• A simple way to bring their thoughts and feelings to Jesus

Children will also be introduced to a gentle, practical faith tool that helps them pause, talk to Jesus, forgive, and ask for truth when they feel confused, afraid, or uncertain.

This Course Is Ideal For

  • Children ages 4–12

  • Families who want to build a strong biblical foundation for their children

  • Parents who want their kids to feel safe asking questions about faith

  • Children who experience doubts, fears, or big emotions and want to learn how to bring them to Jesus

Children today are growing up in a world full of competing ideas about truth, identity, and belief.

Helping them build a strong foundation in faith early in life can shape how they understand themselves, God, and the world around them.

This course is designed to start those conversations in a way that is biblical, thoughtful, and accessible for young minds.
