The Framework
Three Independent Nation States
Research across public records, international law, and historical documentation points to three city-states โ each operating with independent sovereignty from the nations that surround them โ that have historically held disproportionate influence over global governance, finance, and religion.
Each operates under its own governance, flag, and legal framework. Each sits geographically inside another nation but answers to a separate authority. And each corresponds to a distinct form of global power.
Nation State 1
Vatican City โ Spiritual Authority
Vatican City is the world's smallest internationally recognized independent state. Despite its size, it holds extraordinary global reach through the Catholic Church โ the largest single Christian denomination on earth.
Source: Wikipedia โ List of Christian Denominations by Number of Members, July 2023
- Home to St. Peter's Basilica โ the largest church by interior and exterior in its territory
- The Holy See is recognized as a sovereign juridical entity under international law
- Maintains formal diplomatic collaboration with the United States government on global issues including human rights, peace, poverty, and inter-religious understanding
- Has blended elements of Roman Paganism into Christian tradition beginning with Constantine the Great in the 4th century
Denominational Breakdown
If church membership constitutes a spiritual authority transfer โ as explored throughout this portal โ then the Catholic Church's membership base represents the largest single concentration of delegated spiritual authority on earth.
Nation State 2
City of London โ Financial Control
The City of London โ not to be confused with Greater London โ is a one-square-mile financial district that operates under its own independent government, entirely separate from the governance of the United Kingdom.
Key Facts
โ Governed by its own Mayor, referred to as "Right Honourable Lord" โ distinct from the Mayor of London
โ The world's largest banks maintain primary operations within this single square mile
โ The Bank of England โ a private corporation โ exercises significant control over the financial systems of Commonwealth nations and many Western governments
โ The Crown maintains connections to European Union and United Nations financial frameworks
The trail of connections between the City of London and global governance is extensive and largely documented in public records. Its relationship to what researchers call "The Crown" โ distinct from the British Royal Family โ is a subject of ongoing research and investigation.
Nation State 3
Washington D.C. โ Military & Political Power
Washington D.C. (District of Columbia) operates as a federal district โ not a U.S. state โ under the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Congress. Its residents have no full Congressional representation, yet it houses the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of U.S. government.
Key Facts
โ A federal district, not a state โ with Congress holding ultimate authority over its governance
โ Houses the world's largest military apparatus and defense budget
โ Maintains formal, documented collaboration with the Holy See (Vatican City) on global issues: human rights, peace and conflict prevention, poverty eradication, and inter-religious understanding
โ Despite these stated agendas, human trafficking, global conflict, and poverty have increased under the period of this collaboration
Spiritual Framework
The Courts of Heaven โ A Conceptual Scenario
The following is a theological model โ not a literal transcript โ illustrating why intercession alone, without the reclamation of personal spiritual authority, may be insufficient. It is drawn from the teaching framework explored throughout this portal.
This is a conceptual framework for understanding spiritual authority dynamics, not a literal account.
Core Principle
Authority, Membership & Spiritual Delegation
Throughout this portal, a consistent scriptural principle has been examined: God gave all authority to mankind โ specifically, the Sons of God. That authority is held within the soul. Every believer has the responsibility to guard their authority rather than delegate it to an institution.
The Transfer Mechanism
When an individual becomes a member of a church or ministry, a spiritual transaction occurs. The member implicitly agrees: "I will let you teach me what I need to know, and I will let you make decisions for me." In the spirit realm, this constitutes a transfer of authority โ the institution gains the legal right to speak and act on behalf of the member's soul in the courts of heaven.
Christ is the head of the ekklesia โ the called-out ones, not a corporation. The Greek word ekklesia means a governing assembly of individuals, not an institution with members. Jesus gave the keys to the ekklesia. Not to Peter alone. Not to a denomination. To every Son of God.
What This Means Practically
Membership agreements with churches or ministries carry spiritual weight beyond what is typically disclosed or understood
The larger the institution, the greater the concentration of delegated spiritual authority it holds in the courts of heaven
Soul healing and deliverance โ particularly from church and institutional authority โ is a key step in reclaiming what has been transferred
Direct relationship with King Jesus, without institutional mediation, is the model presented throughout scripture
Every Son of God holds the keys to heaven and hell โ and is responsible for guarding them
